December 20, 2022, MANILA, PHILIPPINES – BingoPlus, the country’s trailblazer in remote gaming and digital bingo, spread holiday joy through its BingoPlus Foundation by hosting a city-wide Christmas gift-giving event in partnership with Meycauayan City Councilor Mariposa Cabigquez. This heartwarming initiative took place on Sunday and Monday.
Over 1,000 beneficiaries, including the elderly, women, children, LGBTQIA community members, and tricycle drivers, gathered at the Meycauayan Convention Center and Barangay Perez Covered Court. All left with bright smiles after receiving “Noche buena” packages and other BingoPlus merchandise.
Jasper Vicencio, President of BingoPlus and Trustee of the BingoPlus Foundation, shared:
“When we were kids, we were taught that doing good deeds would earn us gifts from Santa Claus every Christmas. At BingoPlus, we believe that kindness is a ‘plus’ for the community not only during the festive season but throughout the year. No act of kindness is too small, and this collaboration with the local government of Meycauayan is just one of many meaningful partnerships we are committed to nurturing. Our mission is to grow alongside the community we serve.”
In addition to the gift-giving, the beneficiaries enjoyed lively performances curated by Councilor Cabigquez’s office.
She expressed her gratitude, saying:
“We are deeply thankful to the BingoPlus Foundation for their generous support of the people of Meycauayan. Your kindness has brought so much happiness. We hope this inspires others to share goodwill, spreading kindness all year round.”
Beyond holiday cheer, BingoPlus Foundation is also dedicated to fostering education. Through its FutureSmart program, in partnership with iACADEMY, the foundation offers a free 3-year college scholarship to 10 deserving students in technology and web design. This initiative provides them with a chance to build a better future for themselves and their families.
