Understanding the Error
The “Account Exit Error Method” occurs when the GCash or bank account you’re trying to link is already connected to another BingoPlus account. For security, BingoPlus allows one account per payment method to prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
Why This Happens
- Reused Payment Method: Your GCash/bank account was previously linked to a different BingoPlus account (even if inactive).
- Multiple Accounts: You may have accidentally created duplicate BingoPlus accounts.
- Shared Access: Someone else (e.g., family member) linked your payment method to their account.
How to Fix the Error
1. Identify the Linked Account
If you own multiple BingoPlus accounts, log in to the original account using your old credentials. unlink the payment method from it.
2. Remove the Payment Method
- Go to Wallet → Fund Accounts → Select the linked GCash/bank account → Tap “Remove”.
- Wait 24 hours for the system to refresh before re-linking it to your current account.
3. Contact BingoPlus Support
- If you don’t recognize the linked account, report potential unauthorized access immediately.
- Provide proof of ownership (e.g., GCash transaction history, bank statements).
4. Create a New Payment Method
- For GCash: Use a different mobile number or upgrade to GCash Plus.
- For banks: Open a new personal account (e.g., BDO, UnionBank).
How to Prevent This Error
- Avoid Duplicate Accounts: Use one BingoPlus account per person.
- Never Share Payment Methods: Keep GCash/bank details private.
- Regularly Review Linked Accounts: Check Fund Accounts for unrecognized entries.
