It honors the city’s blooming flowers and symbolizes its recovery from the 1990 Luzon earthquake. From February 28 to March 1, BingoPlus hosted several captivating events at the Melvin Jones Grandstand, attracting numerous festival-goers.

Grand Street Dance Parade and “Bloom Ti Saya” Concert

As a key driver of the Panagbenga Grand Street Dance Parade, BingoPlus successfully elevated the festive atmosphere. Following this, the BingoPlus Panagbenga Bloom Ti Saya concert on February 28 featured electrifying performances by renowned artists such as SexBomb Rochelle, Weng and Monic, The Bloomfields, Patrick Quiroz, Jkris Dantes, and Chloe Redondo, alongside some of the country’s most recognizable content creators, igniting the crowd.

Exciting Raffle Draws and Grand Float Parade

In addition to the spectacular performances, BingoPlus also organized thrilling raffle draws, giving away valuable prizes including a microwave oven, a stand fan, a blender, three 50-inch televisions, and a motorcycle, much to the delight of lucky participants. On March 1, the Panagbenga Grand Float Parade took place, with Filipino actor and model Lance Carr and Miss Universe 2025 Yllana Aduana gracing BingoPlus’ beautifully decorated float, becoming a highlight of the parade.

During the Panagbenga Festival, the DigiPlus Foundation donated PHP 2 million to local beneficiaries. This generous contribution aims to strengthen indigenous livelihoods and cultural empowerment, support elderly healthcare, and provide educational assistance for Baguio youth. From February 28 to March 1, BingoPlus set up interactive booths at the Melvin Jones Grandstand, offering engaging games like “Treasure Match” and “Wheel of Blooms,” which attracted many visitors. These booth activities will continue until March 8, extending the fun to festival-goers at the popular tourist spot, Session Road.
