As the much-anticipated International Series Philippines 2025, presented by BingoPlus, tees off today at Sta. Elena Golf Club, excitement fills the air for what promises to be the biggest golf event ever hosted in the country.
The tournament, part of the LIV Golf-backed International Series, brings together world-class talent from the Asian Tour, LIV Golf superstars, and the best local players — creating a unique showcase of skill, competition, and national pride.
A Historic Event for Philippine Golf
The International Series Philippines is the sixth of nine elevated events on the 2025 Asian Tour calendar. It serves as a vital pathway for professional golfers — with the end-of-season Rankings Champion earning a coveted spot in the LIV Golf League.
During the pre-tournament press conference, attended by top golfers and organizers, players described the Sta. Elena Golf Club as a world-class venue offering both challenge and beauty.
Among the stars in attendance were Marc Leishman and Peter Uihlein from LIV Golf, Taichi Kho of Hong Kong, and John Catlin, reigning Asian Tour Order of Merit champion.

This is without a doubt the biggest tournament we have ever hosted in the Philippines, and we thank BingoPlus for making it happen.”
He also highlighted the BingoPlus Foundation’s support of local golf development, noting its involvement in last week’s Asian Development Tour event, where Filipino golfers were given exemptions to compete in this prestigious tournament.
