How do I remove the bound GCash or bank account?
Before removing a withdrawal method, check whether there are any pending withdrawal requests associated with it. If a withdrawal is still being processed, the withdrawal method may not be available for immediate removal. Removing a method while a transaction is pending may also affect the processing of that transaction.
To remove an associated GCash, bank, or other withdrawal method, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your BingoPlus account.
- Go to the Account Management Section
- Navigate to Fund Accounts.
- Find the withdrawal method you want to remove.
- Click the Delete icon in the upper-right corner of the withdrawal method.
- In the confirmation window, click “Confirm” to complete the removal operation.
Once the removal is successful, the selected withdrawal method will no longer be available for future withdrawal requests.
