Follow these steps to securely link your GCash or bank account for seamless deposits and withdrawals:
For GCash Binding Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to BingoPlus
Open the BingoPlus app/website and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Wallet
Go to your account’s wallet section by tapping the “Wallet” option in your profile center.
- On desktop: You’ll find it in the left-hand menu.
- On mobile: It’s located in the bottom right corner.
3. Access Fund Accounts
In the profile center, tap the “Fund Accounts” section. Click the “+” icon to add your preferred GCash account as your withdrawal method.
4. Binding Gcash
Enter your GCash wallet details (such as your registered mobile number), then tap the “Send” button to receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP).

5. Verify Your Account
Check your SMS messages for the 6-digit OTP, enter it in the BingoPlus app, then input your 6-digit BingoPlus wallet password to complete the GCash binding process.
For Bank Account Binding Step-by-Step Guide
Binding a bank account is similar to binding GCash. Here’s how to do it:
1. Repeat Steps 1–2 of GCash Binding
Access and Login to BingoPlus → Go to Wallet.
2. Access Fund Accounts
In the profile center, tap the “Fund Accounts” section, then click the “+” icon to add your preferred bank account as a withdrawal method.
3. Bind Your Bank Account
Fill in your bank account name, account number, and the name of your bank. Tap the “Send” button to receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS.
4. Verify Your Account
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number, then confirm the binding by entering your BingoPlus wallet password.
Important Notes
Name Matching: Ensure your GCash/bank account name exactly matches your BingoPlus profile.
Security: Never share your 6-digit wallet password with anyone, including BingoPlus support.
Verification: Some banks/GCash may require additional ID checks for first-time use.
Troubleshooting Tips
Failed Verification: Double-check account details (e.g., GCash number, bank branch code).
Ensure your GCash/Bank account is active and not restricted.
No OTP Received: Ensure you have a stable mobile signal. Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. If you still don’t receive the code, request a new one after 2–3 minutes.
