Manila, Philippines — The BingoPlus Foundation, the philanthropic arm of DigiPlus Interactive, has officially launched its groundbreaking P.L.U.S. (Pioneering Leadership and Uplifting Service) Factor Program—a four-year leadership and personal development journey designed to go far beyond traditional scholarships.
This pioneering initiative aims to nurture 60 young scholars from across the Philippines, equipping them not only with financial support, but with the tools to grow as purpose-driven leaders, resilient individuals, and active agents of positive change in their communities.
“Education is more than access to classrooms—it’s a launchpad for leadership,” said Angela Camins-Wieneke, Executive Director of the BingoPlus Foundation. “Through the P.L.U.S. Factor Program, we are investing in the minds and values of future changemakers.”
Launching Future Leaders: The FutureSmart Leadership Assembly
The program officially kicked off during the FutureSmart Leadership Assembly held at iAcademy Nexus on September 7, 2024, bringing together all 60 scholars from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—including participants who traveled from as far as Camarines Sur, Cebu, and Davao.
The event was both a celebration of inclusivity and a bold statement of the Foundation’s commitment to shaping a more equitable future. Scholars were introduced to the program’s core pillars: leadership, communication, service, and personal resilience.
Empowering Messages from Inspiring Leaders
Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo delivered an uplifting message to the scholars:
“This program isn’t just about funding your education—it’s about building your future. By helping you grow, BingoPlus is preparing you to overcome obstacles and chase your biggest dreams.”
DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco also emphasized the deeper purpose behind the initiative:
“Classrooms teach theory. But life demands courage, resilience, and leadership. The P.L.U.S. Factor Program is designed to prepare you for that life—not just to succeed, but to lead with purpose.”

A 100M Peso Commitment to Future Generations

In 2024, DigiPlus increased its social impact investment by 500%, committing over ₱100 million to support youth, underserved communities, and digital education across the country.
