Who Cannot Play Casino Games on Bingo Plus?

As mandated by Presidential Decree 1869 (amended by Republic Act 9487) and Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8, the following individuals cannot enter, stay, or play at BingoPlus:

  2. Philippine National Police (PNP) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) members.
  3. Minors/students: Persons under 21 years old or enrolled in Philippine schools/universities.
  4. PAGCOR officials/employees and their immediate family (spouses, children, parents).
  5. Unregistered players or individuals on the National Database of Restricted Persons.
  6. Banned individuals, including financiers/loan sharks and Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders.
