    Partner banks (e.g., BDO, Metrobank) may credit funds faster, while others take longer.
  3. Weekends/Holidays:
    PESONet only operates on business days. Transactions on Fridays or before holidays delay until the next workday.

What You Can Do

  1. Check PESONet Status:
    Contact your bank’s customer support with the transaction reference number (provided by BingoPlus).
  2. Verify Bank Details:
    Ensure your account name and number exactly match your BingoPlus profile.
  3. Split Large Withdrawals:
    For urgent needs, withdraw smaller amounts (under ₱50,000) via instant methods like GCash or Maya.
