As Typhoon Carina battered Metro Manila and parts of Luzon, BingoPlus<\/a> Foundation \u2014 the social development arm of DigiPlus Interactive \u2014 swiftly mobilized emergency assistance to affected communities and strengthened efforts to build long-term resilience in vulnerable barangays.<\/p>\n

\"Bulacan<\/p>\n

In close coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)<\/strong>, the Foundation provided essential relief goods to 15,160 households<\/strong> across Marikina, Valenzuela, Navotas, Rizal, Bulacan, and Pampanga \u2014 benefiting more than 75,800 individuals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our employee volunteers, proudly called Digibuddies<\/strong>, worked hand-in-hand with local officials to repack and distribute supplies on the ground.<\/p>\n

To support the most vulnerable, rice and milk<\/strong> were donated to shelters like the DSWD Pag-Abot Center<\/strong>, assisting 787 homeless individuals<\/strong>, including abandoned children and the elderly, now sheltered in halfway homes.<\/p>\n
